Demonstrate to staff that health and safety is a central part of who you are and how you work.  Expect the same attitude and performance from all those for who you are responsible, and document everything you do to bring this about.

Proof of due diligence is the only way of defending oneself or an organization should there be a serious workplace injury or illness.

Each participant will receive a booklet that will aid the instructor and student in discussing the workshop and will be a valuable after-training reference.
