ESAO is very sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We recognize the importance of protecting personal information. In general, you may visit the ESAO Site without telling us who you are or revealing personal information. There are times, however, when we may receive personal information from you. For example, we collect personal information that you send us voluntarily when you provide your e-mail address and other information through the "Contact Us" part of our Site. We also collect personal information that you send us voluntarily when you provide your name, address and other details for the purpose of placing an order using the downloadable form on the "Products and Services" part of our Site. All such information will be used by ESAO only for the specific purpose for which it has been submitted. We do not disclose personal information to third parties, except as may be required by law. By providing us with personal information through our Site, you consent to the collection and use of such information in accordance with this privacy policy. Our web servers collect domain names, not e-mail addresses, of visitors to our Site. We use the statistics that we obtain regarding such matters as: the number of visits to the Site; the average time spent on the Site; and the pages viewed; to better understand the use of our Site and improve our content. At times, we will be conducting online surveys to better understand the needs and profile of our clients. With any survey we do, we will let you know how we intend to use the information at the time we conduct the survey.
