NEW - This workshop
identifies ways of identifying and implementing a Healthy Safety Culture.
The intent of the workshop is to create working environments which foster a
shared responsibility for the safety and health of all employees. It will
help participants to understand and apply the principles of building a
healthy workplace. Healthy organizations strive for a culture that promotes
a shared responsibility for employee health and safety through education,
awareness, resources and accountability.
All Participant who attend this workshop will recieve Healthy Organization
coaching chips and have access to additional self directed on line training
with the Coaching Clinic
