After attending the required Part 2 courses:

The employer notifies the WSIB that their staff member has attended Workplace Specific training - Click here for the form
WSIB enters the modules attended into its database, and sends a letter back to the employer to confirm receipt
WSIB mails a letter to the employees, with a wallet card that peels off the letter. This card does not specify what modules they attended, only that they have attended Workplace Specific training
