This awareness module will describe driving hazards and how they cause injury and death. It will cover the relevant legislation, standards and guidelines, and describe how to identify potential exposures, including the lack of a vehicle program. This module will review what policies and procedures should be in place to ensure the safety of employees who drive while at work.

It includes a description of how to prepare an action plan in your workplace to identify, assess and control driving hazards, including a section on employee training.
