This awareness module will describe ergonomic hazards and how they cause injury and disease. It will cover the relevant legislation, standards and guidelines associated with manual material handling, back safety and workstation design.

The module includes a description of how to prepare an action plan in your workplace to identify, assess, and control ergonomic hazards.
