Fire and Explosion Hazards - Workplace Specific Hazard Training
Training > Phase II > Events Calendar - Certification, WHMIS, Phase II Training

This awareness module will describe fire and explosion hazards and how they cause injury and death. It will cover the relevant legislation, standards and guidelines, and describe how to identify potential fire and explosion exposures including flammable and combustible materials, as well as propane and compressed gases.

It includes a description of how to prepare an action plan in your workplace to identify, assess and control fire and explosion hazards, including a section on the Fire Code and Fire Safety Plans.

How do I register and how much does it cost?

Contact your local area consultant for more information on availability of courses in your area or if you would like to host a course.

The registration fee for each module is $37.50 + HST.
