This awareness module will describe slips, trips
and falls hazards and how they cause injury and deaths. It will cover
the relevant legislation, standards and guidelines, and describe how to
identify potential exposures, including walking surfaces, footwear,
stools and ladders.
It includes a description of how to prepare an action
plan in your workplace to identify, assess and control slips, trips and
falls hazards.
