1. To find ways to recognize and prevent violence from occurring
2. To ensure employees know how to respond if an incident does occur

This workshop will provide you with the resources to develop a program to recognize and prevent violence from occurring in your workplace. It will focus on developing a written policy and performing workplace violence risk assessments.
